A Few Current Thoughts

Imagine the amount of thoughts you have in a day. Now imagine the amount of people in the world having that many thoughts a day. Every day. For hundreds of years.

Hard to imagine that we are actually coming up with anything original.

I always try to put my spin on a few insightful, original ideas. However, sometimes it’s best to simply repeat what the giants have already said. Here are a few of my favourites:

“If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants”  -Isaac Newton

“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do” - Steve Jobs

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” - Leonardo da Vinci

“If you’re not prepared to be wrong you will never come up with anything original” -Sir Ken Robinson

“It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matter in the end” - Ernest Hemingway

“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet” - Aristotle

“Twenty years from now you will be ore disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw away off the bowlines. Sail away form the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in you sails. Explore. Dream. Discover” - Mark Twain
